So it only took me 3 hours but I finally finished my blog design. The reason it took me so long is because I had absolutely no idea what the heck I was doing. So a few googling here and a lot more googling there I finally was able to get my blog template the way I wanted it. So let me know what you think. I am also on a new health kick. I am trying to lower my sodium intake. I am a huge salt lover and hardly eat any sweets. So I decided to just cut my salt intake in half and see if it will cut down on how much water I would retain. So I am on day two of lowering my salt intake and it has been really hard. The first day wasn't too bad but later that night I just wanted to eat a bunch of salty junk foods and spicy ramen noodles. Your body should have around 2500 mg of sodium a day and if you have high cholesterol your sodium intake should be around 1500 mg per day. So I am trying to have 1500-1800 mg of sodium per day versus the 3000-4000 mg I was previosly getting. I am also trying to drink plenty of water as well.
Guess what!!!??? I am going to Florida in 4 weeks!!! I can't wait. Originally we were supposed to go to see the last scheduled space shuttle launch but it has now been rescheduled for November so I will be going regardless and enjoy a well over due mini vacation. I can't wait! I plan to shop and eat at the finest restaurants and lay on the beach and do absolutely nothing! So since I will be going to Florida and plan on spending majority of my time on the beach I am trying to tone up and get back into my bikini body. I can't wait and I will keep you guys posted.
