After my first work out I am super sore. I hurt all over, it hurts to squat the most. I guess that it's a good thing and let's me know that I had a great workout yesterday. I worked out for an hour with my personal trainer and then did 30 minutes on the treadmill which I had no idea that I was going to be able to last that long. I surprised myself. I actually walked over a mile and a half. Definitely something I didn't think I was able to do.
