Week 1 Weight Loss Update

So I decided to lose some weight again. I have fallen off the food wagon and I am now back on. Hopefully for the last time. Current weight- 150 OUCH! Height- 5'1 and a half, Yes that half inch counts. Measurements 39-31-38 pants size- 10 shirt size- medium Will make a video soon with diet details. :) Picture on the left is when I weighed 116 and the picture on the right is when I weighed 141 pounds. Hi, I'd like to share a little bit. I am 27 years old and eat like a kid, myself. I still eat Raviolis, Ramen Noodles, Pizza, Spaghetti, etc. I am a super picky eater. I HATE veggies!!! I can eat corn and russet potatoes (starch) but that's about it. I haven't really tried to eat wheat before. I think I'll give it a try. I hope it helps. Being 200 lbs and chasing five kids really sucks!! Right now, I'm taking Skinny Fiber and it works well. Cheers:)

I really appreciate this post; I'm 5'2 and I'm very curvy. But I know I need to lose some weight because being short, any extra weight doesn't flatter my height. I've always had a hard time staying on top of working out and eating healthier but you've truly motivated me... And since you did it, I know I can definitely lose the weight too. Thank you so much!! And I hope happiness and joy continue to come Belly Fat Burner way. :)
