Homemade Pumpkin Pie

3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp clove
1/2 tsp cardamom
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup regular sugar
1 small can of pumpkin purée
1 14oz can of evaporated milk
2 eggs

Mix all spices, sugars, and pumpkin purée on stove top over low heat for a few minutes and then place in a bowl into the refrigerator. Let cool for 20 minutes. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with a whisk. Pour mixture into pie crust and bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees then bake for an additional 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool for 2 hours then serve with whipped cream and garnish it with cinnamon. Enjoy!
