Decadent Dark Chocolate Super Healthy Smoothie

IMG_0005 I made this super delicious dark chocolate smoothie. Here's the recipe below. Ingredients 1 cup of frozen strawberries 3 ice cubes 1 tbs of dark chocolate chips 5 leaves of spinach 1/2 banana 1/2 cup of dark chocolate almond milk Blend and Enjoy!

Let's Lose Weight!

Week 2 Weightloss Update

This is the end of week two and I am feeling great and have lost more weight. I drink a lot more tea which is a natural appetite suppressant and helping me curb my hunger pangs. So my starting weight was... starting weight- 150 current weight- 145.6 That's almost 4.4 pounds lost in two weeks! goal weight- 120 starting measurements- 39-31-38 current measurements- 37.75-30.5-38

Week 1 Weight Loss Update

So I decided to lose some weight again. I have fallen off the food wagon and I am now back on. Hopefully for the last time. Current weight- 150 OUCH! Height- 5'1 and a half, Yes that half inch counts. Measurements 39-31-38 pants size- 10 shirt size- medium Will make a video soon with diet details. :) Picture on the left is when I weighed 116 and the picture on the right is when I weighed 141 pounds.
